« on: July 12, 2009, 11:00:00 PM »
Hello Racers,
I just have a question I would like to ask of everyone. Is there anything we are doing right or wrong? I just would like everyones opinion. Do get to carried away but please speak up. If you want to pm me thats fine also.
Also I would just like to thank everyone for coming to the races,it means alot to have your support.
Thanks Cory

It would be nice to see some updated class points here on the forum from June and July.  And possibly some photos posted from the new track photographer.

Hey the sound system is finally is coming in clear, I think the guys worked on that on Sat. and now it's not all staticy.  I think once you get the new timing system in any issues you are having now will be gone.  And everyone will be alot happier. 8)

I think you guys do a great job on the track prep. (especially after some people have to make a mess on the starting line :o) sorry julie i just couldn't help myself. seriously the traction has been great all year and you guys deserve a pat on the back for that. One complaint that i have heard is that you run the cars through to quickly especially when it comes down to the last few rounds. I realize your trying to put on a good show for the spectators and keep cars going down the track but maybe let someone do some t-n-t between the rounds or anounce that the lanes are open for a few time trials for the eliminated cars. just a thought but overall two thumbs up ;D

Yeah, just working through the weak link in the car, will be back together as soon as we get done racing the jrs in Denver for the western confernce finals next week.   Eventally we will have been through everything, probably about the last race.  You know I gotta keep you guys working hard, at least I'm keeping my mess in one spot ;) for you guys.
Thanks to all that help supply me with parts too. Kyle, Lucky, Cory, and to those that offered parts too.

Hey Evenson watch it with the ford comments.  One thing that really gets me is when I drive 100 miles for test and tune at 6:00.  And the first car doesnt go down until 730!!!  Frustrating!!!  Once again traction has been great!!!  Track crew has done a great job!!  Also.....cant wait for the new lights.  I think for a fund raiser, we could pay $5 a swing with a hammer at the old lights.  Just to relieve some tension of those pieces of sh*t!!!

Jeff, I like your idea of a tension reliever!!!  I can't wait to have the new system.  Hopefully that will fix the delays on friday night permanently!

Just a suggestion but the guys running the burnout box need to pay more attention to the racers. I noticed alot this last race that racers would pull up and point for more water and they werent looking in the cars I also noticed when they did spray water quite a few racers would try to let them know it was enough but they didnt notice. They both did a good job of keeping the box clean and we all appreciate it and  thats just a suggestion of something they should keep an eye out for.
